John Reilly has 39 years of progressively responsible experience in the management, planning and design of large, complex, transportation and infrastructure programs, including airports, highways, rail and rapid transit systems, transit vehicle and systems procurements.
Since 1972 he has consulted in the following categories to owners, engineers, independent contractors and suppliers:

- Partnering, teambuilding, structured work sessions
- Mediation and disputes review
- Application of advanced engineering technologies for bridges tunnels and underground facilities
Award winning projects include:
Project Director for engineering management, design development and construction management services for Boston's $1 billion Southwest Corridor Transit, Rail, Highway and Urban Design Project. Winner of the President's Design Award, and the ASCE Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement of 1988.
