John Reilly is Past-President of the American Underground Construction Association and was Animateur of the International Tunneling Association's Working Group 20 "Urban Problems – Underground solutions" and before that, Animateur of Working Group 13 "Direct and Indirect Benefits of Underground Structures".   He has authored over 50 papers in the areas of management, contracting, risk and risk management and the link between cost and risk. |
