John Reilly provides direct, personal consulting in strategy, organization, design, construction and procurement of large, complex infrastructure programs including highways, transit systems, vehicle manufacturing and underground facilities.
Specialties include management, partnering, alliancing, contracting, teambuilding, risk mitigation, risk/cost profiles, cost validation, disputes resolution and the implementation of new technologies.
John Reilly is Past-President of the American Underground Construction Association and was Animateur of the International Tunneling Association's Working Group 20 "Urban Problems – Underground solutions" and before that, Animateur of Working Group 13 "Direct and Indirect Benefits of Underground Structures".
 
He has authored over 50 papers in the areas of management, contracting, risk and risk management and the link between cost and risk. |
