John Reilly ITA Open Session Panel Member, Milan (June 2001) John Reilly, in recognition of contibutions to the International Tunneling Association and as President of the American Underground Construction Association, has been invited to be one of 3 panel members at the ITA Open Session at the June 2001 Milan World Tunnel Conference. The Session will address "Risk Assessment for Project Financing". The Session will be chaired by Alfred Haack, President of ITA. The other two panel members are Colin Kirkland, Past President of ITA and A. Colombo of the Italian Tunneling Society. John's theme will be "Strategic Approaches to Comprehensive Risk Identification and Mitigation"
